What does your role at RiskSpan entail?
My responsibilities for the company are handling HR processes such as managing Paycom, payroll, benefits, OpenAir, and Fidelity systems for enrolling and maintaining information about RiskSpan employees. I also handle invoicing, accounts payable and receivable functions, and company audits and I maintain the financial reporting for the company.

When I started 11 years ago, I mainly handled the bookkeeping side of the company and each year I have taken on more responsibilities which challenges me in a positive way. Every day is something different so I can never get bored with my job.
