RiskSpan’s DEI Committee consists of senior managers and employees from all levels of the company. It oversees the following:

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

  • Features a women’s forum, including one-on-one conversations between female members of senior management and all junior-level women on staff

  • Hosts women-only dinners and social events including women at all levels of the firm, from associate analysts to the CEO

  • Additional ERGs in the works

Formal Mentoring Programs

  • Open to all of our analysts

  • Mentoring assignments based on each analyst’s personal and career aspirations identified during personal interviews

  • Mentors selected from among the firm’s most seasoned leaders

  • Reverse mentoring is encouraged

Training Initiatives

  • Open to anyone seeking help with certifications and customized training programs

  • Framework enabling analysts to take advantage of courses for free or at substantially reduced cost
